針對傳統(tǒng)卡瓦式井下節(jié)流器的“圓柱”式硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠存在可靠性差、壽命短的問題，進(jìn)行了大量的室內(nèi)研究實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)合長慶油田現(xiàn)場實(shí)際，開展了井下節(jié)流器密封硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠性能研究，研制出“V"型結(jié)構(gòu)的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，提高了井下節(jié)流器的工作可靠性及使用壽命。

在進(jìn)行井下節(jié)流技術(shù)配套應(yīng)用研究試驗(yàn)過程中，針對卡瓦式井下節(jié)流器存在可靠性差、壽命短的問題，進(jìn)行了大量的室內(nèi)研究實(shí)驗(yàn)，通過開展井下節(jié)流器密封硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠性能的專題研究，研制出“V”型結(jié)構(gòu)的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，既提高了井下節(jié)流器的工作可靠性，同時(shí)也延長卡瓦式井下節(jié)流器的使用壽命。

卡瓦式井下節(jié)流器原來采用“圓柱”型硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，其局部結(jié)構(gòu)如圖1所示。油管主體上硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠下硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠錐套井下節(jié)流器局部結(jié)構(gòu)示意圖從應(yīng)用情況來看，卡瓦式井下節(jié)流器采用“圓柱”型硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，在有些井密封壽命較短。對18井次進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)，結(jié)果為最長有效期493 d，最短有效期27 d,平均有效期213 d。井內(nèi)取出的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠多數(shù)從根部損壞。

為了優(yōu)化完善卡瓦式井下節(jié)流器性能，提高其對不同工作條件的適應(yīng)性，延長工作有效期，開展了密封性能室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)研究。

卡瓦式井下節(jié)流器室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)裝置如圖2所示。該裝置主要由1/2"短節(jié)、彎頭、擋帽、們3 mm油管短節(jié)、油管接箍、們3 mm油管彎頭(閥門、壓力表)、變扣接頭、截止閥、1/2"短節(jié)等組成。配有加熱保溫系統(tǒng)、溫度檢測系統(tǒng)、溫度調(diào)節(jié)節(jié)流系統(tǒng)�？梢苑奖愕剡M(jìn)行常溫、高溫條件下井下節(jié)流器的坐封性能、密封性能試驗(yàn)，既可進(jìn)行水壓試驗(yàn)，也可進(jìn)行氣壓試驗(yàn)。http://www.ccswap.net/
