這類硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠具有室溫固化快、拉伸強(qiáng)度高、透明度好，被粘表面無需特殊處理等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，廣泛應(yīng)用于各行各業(yè)。雙組分(A/B組分)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠是以丙烯酸醋的自由基共聚為基礎(chǔ)合成的。其中A組分以MMA、彈性體、引發(fā)劑、氯磺化聚乙烯配成溶液作為主劑，B組分以彈性體、MMA、促進(jìn)劑、溶劑為底劑。多組分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠是在雙組份硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠基礎(chǔ)上引人第三種或第三種以上組分形成的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠。

由于環(huán)氧樹脂具有耐水性、粘接力強(qiáng)、使用溫度寬、固化收縮率小、良好的電絕緣性、耐腐蝕、自重輕使用方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，使得環(huán)氧樹脂受到了人們的重視。環(huán)氧樹脂防水材料中的環(huán)氧樹脂是一種液態(tài)的樹脂，其基本組成成分是環(huán)氧樹脂和固化劑。根據(jù)不同的使用場(chǎng)合，可調(diào)節(jié)不同物質(zhì)進(jìn)行復(fù)配，從而達(dá)到理想效果。復(fù)配的物質(zhì)包括稀釋劑、固化促進(jìn)劑、偶聯(lián)劑、阻燃劑、增韌劑、著色劑和穩(wěn)定劑等。施工時(shí)將環(huán)氧樹脂和固化劑攪拌混合均勻，涂抹在鋼橋面上，待其固化后就會(huì)形成一層具有防腐性、防水性和粘接性的有機(jī)致密分子膜。根據(jù)固化反應(yīng)的特征可分為環(huán)氧樹脂粘接劑I型和環(huán)氧樹脂粘接劑II型。環(huán)氧樹脂粘接劑I型是在施工的過程中環(huán)氧樹脂和固化劑一次性固化完成，固化后的涂層具有較高的強(qiáng)度，從而保護(hù)鋼板。環(huán)氧樹脂粘接劑II型是在施工期間先預(yù)交聯(lián)，再根據(jù)要求完全固化。預(yù)交聯(lián)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是可以與后期的施工提供一定的操作條件，預(yù)固化后再攤鋪瀝青混合料，由于混合料溫度的作用，為環(huán)氧樹脂粘接劑提供了固化反應(yīng)的動(dòng)力，從而進(jìn)行第二次反應(yīng)達(dá)到完全固化效果，進(jìn)而完成最后的鋪裝。http://www.ccswap.net/
